Cancellation Policy
It is the responsibility of the Client to notify Cintron TransportationINC by phone at 844-767-4181 of any cancellations.
Cancellations Must Be Made :
- A minimum of 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up or before a vehicle has been dispatched for all sedan and SUV one-way transfers
- We require 72 hours prior notice for all Van, Bus, and Specialty vehicles for one-way transfers, hourly charters, and special events.
If Cintron TransportationINC is not notified of cancellation according to these terms, the reservation is considered a Late Cancellation or No-Show. Thus the full charge will be billed, including Suggested Gratuities.
Refund Policy
Our aim to deliver top niche services to our clients. If clients aren’t satisfied according to the circumstances, we ensure to give a refund depends on the situation and it will take about 7-10 business days.
